1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At Shilajit Roots, we stand behind the quality and purity of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Satisfaction Guarantee is designed to provide you with peace of mind when investing in your health.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a comprehensive return and refund policy as outlined below. Our goal is to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible.

We believe in the transformative power of Himalayan Shilajit. Because natural supplements can take time to show full results, we encourage you to use the product consistently for at least 14 days. However, if you feel it's not right for you within our 30-day window, we are here to support your return journey.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • For health and safety reasons, jars must have a minimum of 70% of the original content remaining.
  • The original packaging, including the lid and any protective seals (even if broken), must be returned.
  • A proof of purchase (order number and email) is required.

We do not accept returns for products purchased through third-party retailers or unauthorized resellers. Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are also ineligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please visit our online Returns Portal or email our support team at [email protected]. You will need to provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the product.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.

Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the return shipping box. Packages received without an RMA number may experience significant delays in processing or may be rejected entirely.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Users are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Inspection & Approval

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Our quality control team examines every return for signs of tampering, excessive usage beyond our policy, or contamination. If the product is found to be in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund or offer a partial store credit.

6. Refund Processing

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Exchanges & Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product due to a defect, contact us at [email protected].

8. Damaged or Defective Goods

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the damage (including the shipping box and the product jar) and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will issue a full replacement or refund for any items damaged during transit, provided that the damage is reported within the specified timeframe and documented with photographic evidence.

9. International Returns

International returns follow the same 30-day window. However, please note that international return shipping can be costly and may take longer to process. Shilajit Roots is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred on returned international shipments.

10. Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account portal. If a cancellation occurs after a subscription order has been processed but before it has shipped, we will issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, it must be returned according to our standard return policy.

11. Special Exceptions

We value our community and understand that unique circumstances can arise. We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
