By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Our Shilajit is raw, natural resin harvested from high altitudes. As it is a natural product, variations in color, texture, and mineral profile may occur between batches. These variations are normal and do not indicate a compromise in quality.

Proper storage is crucial for maintaining the potency of the resin. We recommend keeping the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Exposure to extreme heat or moisture may alter the consistency of the resin, although it typically remains safe for consumption unless explicitly stated otherwise by our quality control team.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time due to changes in market conditions, product discontinuation, or other business reasons.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method selected.

Taxes & Customs

Sales tax will be added to orders where required by law. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or other taxes imposed by your country of residence.

In the event of a payment dispute, you agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback through your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving payment issues fairly and promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the termination of your account and future access to our services.

6. Shipping & International Trade

Shilajit Roots ships globally. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order.

Delivery Times

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, these are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, extreme weather, or carrier issues. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from shipping delays.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from the Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We work with premium logistics partners to ensure your order arrives safely. However, we cannot control the local delivery systems in every country. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the user, the user will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Binding Arbitration: If the Parties are unable to resolve a Dispute through informal negotiations, the Dispute will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration.

Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") and, where appropriate, the AAA's Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
